Do you charge freight?
Yes, we charge freight on smaller than pallet load quantities. If its over a pallet then we typically prepay (waive) the freight cost. We do spell this out and not add it into the cost of the product.
How long will it take to get my order?
We have locations around the country to reduce shipping times. Most orders can be delivered in 1-2 business days if in stock at our warehouses.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use UPS for small parcel and a number of different LTL carriers for pallet quantities.
Can I return my product?
We stand behind all our products and will do everything to make the customer happy. If there is damage or the product is not performing, we will gladly take it back (for non-custom products only).
Can I buy less than a pallet load?
Yes, many of our products can be purchased by the case.
Do you extend credit or require payment up front?
We are able to provide low prices on your packaging essentials because we pay our suppliers on time all the time. We offer flexible payment options (Paypal/Mastercard/AMEX/Visa/Google Wallet). We also extend credit to customers who are used to a traditional method of buying on credit.
